I.Machine features and function
1.Automatically weld the Tank double head on tank barrel as customers'drawing.two welding carriages can welding at same time or weld alone as need.
2.the Machine can work continuously for 24-hour.Welding process will be continual and steady. Welding seam appearance is good and smooth, the depth of fusion and width of fusion meet the welding requirement.the depth of fusion and width of fusion meet the welding requirement.
3. If the welding carriage is equipped with automatic oscillating system,then the welded seam will wider and can get better welding performance,when tanks size When the dimensional tolerance is too large or the opposite side is uneven.
4.Use Japan OMRON PLC to control and achieve the welding process, improve reliability.controls the whole machine operation.Automatic switching of different welding parameters, that is,the welding current, welding voltage,arc keep time ,oscillating width, welding torch lifting height for welding different layers ,all these can be set and saved on Touch screen ,then can recall to use directly next time.
1.Welding torch is fixed while workpiece rotating. Welding position is horizontal. The workpiece is clamped tightly by jig at two ends and rotates.
2.Two welding torches and two power sources work simultaneously to improve work efficiency.
3.Torch, rotary axis box and tailstock can be adjusted longitudinally to fit various kinds of welding.
4.Japan Omron PLC is adopted to control the machine to run and speed is adjusted by AC servo, which can improve the reliability of the equipment.
5.Adopts end face positioning and pneumatically clamping mode.
6.Adopts human-machine interface to alter the parameters. The welding time and weld length can be set via this interface. The alteration of the parameters can be input through the touch button conveniently and timely. Parameters can be stored and called.

1.This machine is made up of mainframe, spindle box and its pneumatic feeding mechanism, tailstock and its pneumatic feeding mechanism, workpiece supporting mechanism, welding torch feeding and adjusting mechanism, electrical control system, pneumatic system and welding power source.
2.The mainframe consists base, column and etc. The base is assembled and welded from the square tubes and plates with the upper surface machined, on which fixed the linear guide rails. The right side of the guide rails installed the spindle box and its pneumatic feeding mechanism and its left side equipped with tailstock and its pneumatic device. The tailstock can be adjusted along the guide rails and the spacing can be adjusted to meet the requirements of various kinds of welding. The tailstock is micro adjusted by hand-operated screw rod and the adjustment is marked by scaleplate. The tailstock is guided by the guide rails to ensure the concentricity to the spindle box. Beside the spindle box and the tailstock installed the welding torch clamping, adjusting and pneumatic lifting mechanism. The mechanism can be adjusted and the spacing can vary. It also can be fastened after being adjusted. On the right outside of the machine fixed the electrical system control box and the front right side equipped with the control button panel, which is convenient to use and maintain.
2.The Rotary Axis Box
The rotating machine head is made up of AC motor, speed reducer, pneumatic chuck and conductive device. The adjusting of the rotating speed is achieved by using AC frequency converter to adjust the AC motor rotating speed. The speed reducer adopts two-stage worm gear to reduce the speed. The material of the reducer case is aluminum alloy with large output torque, which is convenient to install and maintain. The conductive sleeve is made of copper. With filling conductive lubricant between the copper sleeve and the spindle it can gain a good wear resistance and electric conduction. The pneumatic fixture automatically goes back to the start point at the end of every welding. The fixture clamps two ends of the workpiece tightly to ensure the uniformity of every clamping.
3.Tailstock Clamping Mechanism
The pneumatic tailstock can be adjusted along the guide rails to meet the requirements of various kinds of welding. It adopts hand-operating screw rod to adjust. The workpiece is clamped pneumatically and rotates. The extension of the tailstock equipped with pneumatic fixture. The fixture clamps two ends of the workpiece tightly to ensure the uniformity of every clamping.
Machine base is made of cast iron and thick steel tube.Guide rails are installed on the base
4. Universal Ball Support bracket
Support brackets are installed on the machine bed ,using ball screw manual adjustment mechanism to adjust up and down and locked. Universal ball supports the workpiece, to adapt to the workpiece adjustment in axial and circumferential direction, convenient to use.The Support bar is rise up and down by hand wheel ,after adjust the support bracket at suitable position,lock it via the fix nut.

4.Pre-shipment inspection system:
4.1 According to the customer's shipping details, we will check the products size, weight, spare parts, protective film and other information one by one for each invoice of goods. If there are any doubtful goods before delivery, quality inspectors will open the package in time and inspect the goods through professional testing equipment to ensure the accuracy of delivery.
4.2.The outer packaging of each goods will also be checked, such as whether the packing is damaged, whether the wooden pallet is fumigated, whether the exported goods are packed with steel strips,etc. To ensure that the goods are not damaged during loading and unloading.

X. Package
1.Normally we will use fumigation plywood case for packaging; for some big machine, we can use steel pallet and plastic filme cover.All machines are paint with anti rust paint or oil before leaving factory.
2.Package can be as customers' requirement
