Vacuum suction machine:
Vacuum Suction Conveyor is a relatively advanced and ideal vacuum conveying equipment for powder materials and powder particle mixtures in China. It can automatically transport various materials to the hopper of packaging machines, injection molding machines, crushers, and other equipment, as well as directly transport the mixed materials to the mixer (such as V-type mixer, two-dimensional mixer, three-dimensional mixer, etc.), reducing the labor intensity of workers and solving the problem of dust overflow during feeding.

Main Structures
The main structure of our company's vacuum suction machine is shown in Figure 1, including the upper head, filter element component, and middle buffer
It consists of six parts: storage, discharge valve, control box, clamp, and sealing ring. It has the following characteristics:
a. Automatic cleaning of filter element
b. Simple structure, easy operation and maintenance, low noise, and effective elimination of material static electricity
c. Closed transportation throughout the entire process, eliminating environmental pollution
d. Complies with GMP requirements, material is 304 or 316L

1. Intelligent centralized control, which can choose between pneumatic and electric modes. Whether it is single control or combined with the batching system, it can be controlled centrally according to the working conditions.

3. According to the working conditions, the suction time, discharge time, and blowback frequency can be set.
