The equipment is suitable for pulsed plasma nitriding, plasma nitrogen and carbon co-infiltration for all common steel materials, such as 42 CrMo 4,34CrNiMo6,31CrMoV9, etc., to increase viscera resistance and corrosion resistance.
Compared with salt bath nitring and gas nitriding, pulsed plasma technology has the following advantages in hardness of ion nitride layer and wear resistance and corrosion resistance on steel surface:
-Low medium consumption, pollution-free gas, vacuum treatment, no need to use ammonia gas;
-In order to prevent part deformation and size change, the temperature of the workpiece of different materials can be flexibly adjusted between 350ºC -600ºC;
-Nitride layer structure can be controlled by automatically controlling gas components-no compound layer can be produced by automatically controlling gas components;
-Part tial nitrogen can be achieved through simple mechanical shielding, without paint, in the shielding position;
A stainless steel (chromium content> 12%) nitriding through a special process, will not reduce the corrosion resistance;
A sintering steel nitrogen infiltration, non-ferrous metal (Ti, Al) nitrogen infiltration (special equipment).

Standard equipment model
The equipment has the following three options: single chamber type, alternating type, double chamber type
The single chamber type is only one complete vacuum chamber (1 bell hood, 1 base). If needed, it can be extended to alternate devices, simply by adding a second base. The double chamber type has two complete vacuum chambers (two bells, two bases). Two vacuum chambers share a vacuum pump, a gas supply system, and a pulse ion system. Therefore, there is no need for a second vacuum pump, a second gas supply system, and a second plasma power supply, and the equipment capacity can be increased. For example, when one vacuum chamber is cooling, the other can base and automatically move the next process, saving time.
The interface can be prepared in advance for future upgrade to dual compartment. Therefore, if it is expected to gradually increase the nitride products in the future, you can buy a single chamber equipment first, and then do alternating / double chamber expansion.
